At Liberated Culture LLC, we strive to provide exceptional consulting and coaching services tailored to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once services are scheduled or materials are delivered.

However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session or workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment.

For multi-session coaching packages or longer-term engagements, unused sessions may be credited toward future services within a reasonable timeframe, subject to mutual agreement.

If you have concerns about your experience or service quality, please contact us promptly. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and equitable resolution.
