Liberated Culture LLC primarily delivers services virtually or at the location of the client or at a neutral location and does not maintain a physical office for in-person visits. To ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all clients and participants, we have implemented the following arrangements:

• All services, including coaching, workshops, and consultations, are conducted via accessible online platforms that support assistive technologies such as screen readers, closed captioning, and keyboard navigation.

• We provide materials and resources in multiple accessible formats upon request, including large print, audio, and digital text.

• Scheduling exceptions are made as able to accommodate different time zones and individual needs.

• Communication accommodations, such as sign language interpretation or real-time captioning, can be arranged with advance notice.

• We maintain open and responsive communication channels to discuss and address any specific accessibility needs or concerns.

• While we do not have a physical location, we are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and barrier-free experience through thoughtful virtual service delivery.

In the future, should we utilize coworking spaces or visit client sites, we will ensure those locations meet accessibility standards and provide necessary accommodations to support all participants.
